The Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department, Buildings Construction & Maintenance Division, Medical Works, Tiruppur, is overseeing two comprehensive construction projects for the New Medical College Hospital Buildings in Tiruppur district. The first project involves the construction of essential facilities such as a four-wheeler shed, pay-and-use toilets, entrance arch, fire sump and pump room, sewage treatment and effluent treatment plants, compound wall, sewage treatment arrangements, retaining wall, water supply and sanitary arrangements, internal roads, drainage systems, cable ducts, front elevation, furniture, and rainwater harvesting arrangements. The second project encompasses the construction of additional facilities like Mani Folding Room, HT Room, Laundry, Mortuary Block, Bio-Medical Waste Room, as well as renovation works in existing hospital buildings, ward arrangements, internal road arrangements, fire fighting systems, and other amenities. These endeavors aim to enhance the infrastructure and service delivery capabilities of the medical college hospital, ensuring efficient and effective healthcare services for the community in Tiruppur.
