Our founder, Mr. Poosappan Gounder started the First Blue Metal manufacturing unit in Coimbatore District in the year of 1972 in the name of RPP Blue Metal. Our aggregate sales and distribution network capability helped us capture the demanding market of public infrastructure. Our founder envisioned the company to be one of the top in the industry of construction and construction materials. His Successor Mr. Selvasundaram Poosappan had brought several developments and growth to the company. In the year 2009, he was the first to introduce M Sand as a replacement for River Sand in Construction Activities.

Our Chairman will always be yearning to the innovations, as a result he founded a sago factory in 1980 to process the Tapioca into Starch powder which is being used in various industries including food, pharmaceutical, chemical etc.,

Our first Ready Mix plant was set up at Erode in the year 2010. Over the years the business got expanded and presently we are running 5 Ready Mix Concrete Plants with a max production capacity of 1,80,000 Cum of Concrete.

Renaatus Projects Pvt. Ltd, established it’s first global office in the Maldives. The island nation welcomed us with open arms as we established our presence with several key projects across the country. We also helped in upgrading the public infrastructure to a much better model.

In the year 2012, Our Chairman opened the factory for the manufacturing of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks, Renacon, as a replacement for Conventional Bricks and solid blocks available in the market. Renacon is an Eco-Friendly material in modern-day construction which approximately reduces 20% of the construction cost due to its lightweight property. Other products offered range from Ready Mix Plaster, Tile Adhesive, Cement Mortar, Floor Top Hardener and Wall Putty.

Renaatus expanded to Mauritius. The first prominent project in the island nation was building it’s New Supreme Court in Port Louis, Capital of Mauritius.

The second Renaatus Procon Pvt. Ltd factory was officially opened in Tirunelveli. The plant mainly focused on R&D and creation of newer, sustainable and durable construction products that can be used for building various infrastructure. The facility is equipped with state of the art machinery and highly trained engineers.
