Renaatus helped in the construction of National Center for Sustainable Costal Management. The main aim of the project was to provide the institution with a facility that aligned with the principles of sustainability and reduced carbon footprint. The buildings were constructed with sustainable materials meanwhile there was enough space provided for research and recreational grounds.

Erode’s First Grade Separator
‘Our expertise also extends into constructing public infrastructure. Renaatus was assigned with the task of constructing the First Grade Separator in Erode District. We constructed the Chennai’s Longest Bridge of 3 Km in Length.

Renovation of IGMH
The Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospitals are one of Maldives prime health infrastructure. The hospital over the years required an upgrade to it’s infrastructure. This infrastructural upgrade was done with keeping in mind well-being of the patient and easy mobility in mind. The construction uses several principles from South Asian cultures which allow natural elements to flow through the building, allowing patients to heal faster.

University Building for India Maldives Friendship Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies
The University of Mauritius is a prestigious educational institution that Renaatus helped to build. The group created a streamlined design with architecturally excellent placements of plaques and other outdoor decors, along with high-quality buildings. The University of Maldives was designed to be functionally effective with easy navigation and blocks placed in a location with ample natural breeze and light.
